Walking Group is a moderately paced, comfortable walk that have you feeling confident as we hit the paths and walkways of 7, yes 7, different routes through Westerville. We walk Tuesdays at 6.30 pm. and Fridays at 9.00 am. This group is free of charge. Strollers are welcome! :)

Walk HIIT Out is a small-group workout where we alternate between segments of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and then a short, fast-paced walk to another location. In other words, our walk will be our active rest between 5-10 minute HIIT workouts. This class meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. and we'll start off each week from the rear of the Westerville Library parking lot. Bring some water as we will sweat!! This class costs $60 for the 8 week session and $10.00/drop-in. 

Through the year I offer two different Walking Groups so that we can get outside, get active, and enjoy the beautiful weather with a great group of fit friends who would like to do the same. What's not to love? Whichever group you join (or both!) will allow you to reach your fit goals, whether it's a moderately paced walk in the evening or in the morning.
