My newest format is soon to be a clASSic! Glutes and Abs - or "Butts and Guts" as it's affectionately known - targets the large muscle groups of the legs and rear plus everyone's favorite - the core. Set to an amazing playlist, this 30-min class is great on it's own or as a great fit for your other workouts!
