Pick between two sessions:
Wednesdays at 6.30pm OR Saturdays at 9.00am

Walk HIIT Out!
... Or give this "walking bootcamp" a try! This class combines intervals of (intense!) cardio with short walks (REST!) This class runs every Tuesday for 8 weeks = $60 or $10/drop-in. Walk HIIT out runs 6/2 - 7/28.
